Predicting your body fat percentage

This is a nice application to get an estimate of your body fat percentaje:


You only have to input some simple parameters such your weight, height and some simple measurements in cm. 

If you are working in a gym, or leading guys that are working out, this should be useful. Remember though that this is only an estimate

Body Fat Percentage Categories

Classification Women (% Fat) Men (% Fat)
Essential Fat 10-12% 2-4%
Athletes 14-20% 6-13%
Fitness 21-24% 14-17%
Acceptable 25-31% 18-25%
Obese 32% + 25% +
